I live in St. Louis, Missouri, the "biggest small town in the U.S.A." I've lived in warmer climates, but I really love the four seasons here. Especially autumn. I have two grown children, a daughter, 28 (the Bride in the picture) and a son, 24, who blessed us with a grandson even before my lifelong demand, hehe, that one of them, I didn't care which, was to make me a Grandma by age fifty! (Sean does not want him or his family posted on the internet) And now my daughter is with child! (She is going to be a girl!!) Life is good; each day a miracle; just the odds of being born at all astronomical. I'm basically, finally, a contented, happy woman, and being fifty is the BEST time of my life! If I hold anger, or resentment, or am upset, I find a quiet place to meditate and get my body as loose as possible and repeat aloud, but softly, "Let it flow through....let it flow through." And guess what? It works. I pray to the God of my understanding. I respect everyone's religious or non-religious beliefs. It is not our higher powers, rather organized religions that have caused more war, death, and heartache than anything else. If only we could learn, globally, to respect one another AND this Earth.
Below, a picture from before my daughter's wedding in Maya Riviera, MX, May 14, 2005. I hope you get a chance to vist, especially the Mayan ruins...you will never be the same.

Top Picture, the Brides Daddy, the Bride, the Bride's Mommy (me) and the bride's Fraternal Grandma
Lower Picture, just the girls. And NOOOO, I am not attached to my daughter physically!!
